How do I make a purchase?

Step 1:  Filling the shopping cart

When you find a product that you would like to order click on the add to cart button.  This will place your product in your "shopping cart."  You can see how many items you have placed in your shopping card by looking at the shopping cart icon located at the top right of your screen.  By clicking on the shopping cart icon you will be re-directed to your shopping cart.  If you are satisfied that your order is complete, click on the "Goto Checkout" button.

Step 2: Making and account

Signing up for an account will ensure that we have all the correct information to expedite your order correctly.  Click on the "Register Now" button to enter your information.   Once your details are entered click the "Sign Up" button to proceed.  A new account will be created with your full name and email address.  You can click on the "View Addresses" link if you would like to add a new address or you can complete this step when you finalize your order.

Step 3: Shipping and Payment Options

Go back to the shopping cart icon (top right-hand) side of the page.  This will take you back to your current order.  You can now click on the the "Goto Checkout" button.  Now it's time to enter your address if you haven't done so previously. Enter all your address details and click "Continue."  The next page will show your current order with options for shipping and payment.  Fill in your preferences and click "Continue"

Step 4: Finalizing your order

A new page opens that gives you a summary of all the details that you have provided; Your personal details, shipping costs, payment option and an order summary of the products you would like to purchase with a breakdown of the taxes included in the price.  If all is satisfactory, click on the "Place my order" button.  You will be re-directed to a confirmation page that indicates the status of your order.  An email message will be sent to confirm your order.

Payments can be made by PayPal Express payment, iDeal (Nederland only), Bankcontact (Belgium only)

What are the delivery times? will endeavor to deliver your purchased products as quickly as possible and within 10 working days of your order. If your products are in stock with our supplier, your order will usually be ready for dispatch within two days. We cannot accept liability for deliveries that are delayed due to circumstances that are out of our control.

If the goods you have ordered are not available, will notify you by email or telephone using the contact details provided with your order. Should you decide not to wait for your product to be re-stocked, and cancel your order, your money will be refunded as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after notification of the stock outage.

What are the shipping costs?

Due the the diverse size and weight of our products the shipping costs are varied.  Shipping rates are for products shipped in The Netherlands and Belgium
  • Free shipping on orders of €450 or more.
  • Regular Items: €15,45 (Incl BTW)
    • Regular items are products that will fit into a standard box
  • Irregular Items: €33,50 (incl BTW)
    • Irregular items are usually shipped wrapped on a pallet
    • glass shower walls / baths / radiators / vanities / basalt / toilet cisterns /  specific sinks.


Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, excluding the shipping carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.; You or a third party designated by you, excluding the shipping carrier gets the last physical possession in your order. You may use the attached cancellation form as a template to notify us of your intent to withdraw from the contract by mail, or you may cancel your order electronically by sending us an email through to

If you choose to notify us by email, we will send an acknowledgment that we have received your cancellation by email. To meet the cancellation deadline of 14 days after receipt of product, it is necessary to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Important to Note

The 14 days consideration period is not intended for consumers to use or test the product.  If there is any indication that the product has been used or tested or tampered with is such a way that it is no longer in the “new and unused”condition that it was sent in, a refund will not be possible.  In addition, it is also important for you to inspect the products on arrival.  Should there be visible signs, either through shipping damage or manufacture defect, that indicate a sub-standard product has been supplied, you should notify our company immediately.  Failure to do so will impair the possibility for a refund even if you notify us within the 14 day consideration period. A product that was delivered in perfect condition and was damaged while in your possession is no longer eligible for refund.

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel your order within the legal time period of 14 days, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery charges (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after we have received and inspected the product you returned. We will refund your money with the same manner of payment that was used during the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise; You will not be charged a fee for the reimbursement.  We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and they have been deemed to be unused, and in the same condition that they were sent to you.

You must return the goods promptly, but in any event not later than 14 days after the day you notified us of your intent to cancel your contract. You are on time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

The direct cost of returning the goods are your responsibility.
